  • If you are the billing admin and need to transfer billing responsibility, contact Customer Support with the new admin’s details.

2. Accessing and Downloading Receipts (Invoices)

  • In Order History, find your list of active and past subscriptions and invoices.
  • Locate the relevant subscription or order.
  • Click PDF.  This will give you the option to download a PDF copy of your invoice/receipt.
  • Open the PDF to view or print your receipt for your records.

3. Updating Account Information

  • In My Account, you can update your:
    • Name
    • Email address (may require support if you’re changing your login)
    • Password
    • Company information
