  3. Reassign Seats – Transfer a seat from one user to another within your subscription.
  4. Set Permissions – Control what each seat/user can do by assigning roles or permissions.

How do I add users to my subscription?

To purchase additional seats for my subscription:

  1. 1. Log in to Your Account
  2. Go to aiacontracts.com and log in with your credentials.
  3. 2. Go to Subscription Management
  4. Navigate to My Account > Subscription Management.
  5. 3. Add Seats (Licenses)
  6. Look for the option to Buy More Licenses or Add Seats.
  7. Select the number of additional seats you want to purchase.
  8. Complete the checkout process for the new seats.

To add users to your Catina subscription:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Account Settings.
  2. Navigate to Managing Users/Seats.
  3. Select Add User.
  4. Enter the user’s name and email address.
  5. Assign a seat to the user and set permissions as needed.
  6. Save your changes. The new user will receive an email with login instructions.

Is a user the same as a license holder?

Not exactly. In Catina, a user is anyone who logs in and uses the platform. A license refers to the subscription seat that grants access.

If a document says it is included in my subscription, can I download it without additional cost?

  1. Yes. Any document marked as included in your subscription can be downloaded and used without paying extra.
  2. Simply log in to your Catina account.
  3. Navigate to Document Access & Editing or My Library.
  4. Locate the included document and download it.
  5. If you are prompted to pay for a document that should be included, contact support@aiacontracts.com for assistance.

 

If I Deactivate a User, Will I Lose Documents Related to Projects They Worked On?

No. Deactivating a user in Catina does not delete or remove any documents, projects, or data associated with work they previously completed. All documents remain attached to the project and your organization.
