Customers may be eligible for bulk discounts when purchasing multiple documents, but these are not automatically applied at checkout. Bulk discounts must be requested through the Sales Team, who will provide a quote with any approved discount applied.

Bulk Discount for Multiple Documents

• Bulk discounts are not automatically applied at checkout for purchasing multiple documents.
• However, the Sales Team can create quotes and apply approved discounts for bulk purchases. The allowable discounts are listed in the manual and include tiered percentages (e.g., 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%) and special campaign discounts (such as $1,300 off for seat upsell or 40–45% off for Pay Apps subscriptions).
• These discounts must be manager-approved and are applied during the quote creation process in HubSpot or Stripe—not automatically in the eCommerce storefront.
• If you are purchasing a large quantity of documents, you should contact the Sales Team to request a quote and discuss available bulk discount options. The discount will be reflected in your quote and invoice, not as an automatic cart discount
