How to submit a tax exemption?

Summary:

Email support@aiacontracts.com with your request to achieve tax-exempt status.

To submit a Tax Exemption for your account, please email support@aiacontracts.com and be prepared to provide the following information: 

  • Copy of the tax-exempt form
  • Your email address associated with the purchasing account
  • Your full billing address
  • The name of your tax-exempt business
Customer Support will verify your information and send you a link to upload your tax exempt certificate. this process may take up to 72 hours. Tax exempt requests cannot be applied to purchases where taxes have been charged. Refunds cannot be issued.
