How to Add Additional Seats to my License

This article walks through the easy steps an Billing Admin or Designated Payer can upgrade their seat count directly from their account, without contacting sales or support.
Self-Serve Help Guide
To add additional seats to your account:
- Log into your Catina account and click on your initials in the red circle in the right hand corner.
- From here, select Subscription Management
- This will take you to our Subscription Management page within our aiacontracts.com purchasing site.
- From here, select Buy More Licenses.

This will open up the purchasing dialogue where you can click the +plus sign to add as many seats as you need
6. You will see the prorated amount on the left-hand side adjust accordingly.
7. If you have a promo code, select + Promo Code before checking out.
8. When ready, click Buy Now
9. You will receive a confirmation that your purchase has been successful.
10. You go ahead and assign your team members to your subscription, click Assign Licenses to Team Members. To learn more about managing your users, check out our Multi-Seat Catina Admin Guide where we walk through how to assign users, set up groups, and permissions within your multi-seat account.

How is the price for additional licenses calculated?
The price is determined by a pricing table that applies multi-seat volume pricing based on the customer’s new total license count. The added licenses are also prorated based on the time remaining in the current subscription term.
What if I have an AIA Membership Number? How do I apply my discount?
Customers have an AIA Membership will have their discount automatically applied.
Who is allowed to add users to an account?
Billing Admins and Payers will be able to perform mid-subscription upgrades.
Are newly purchased licenses available immediately after the purchase?
Yes. Once the purchase is complete, the Billing Admin can invite users to use the new licenses right away.
